Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to love your apron! If not, we gladly accept domestic returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for purchases made directly on theapronsite.com.
To start a return, please request a Return Authorization Number by emailing us at returns@theapronsite.com.
⚠️ Important: Returns without prior approval or outside the 30-day window cannot be accepted.
If you’d like to exchange an item, simply place a new order for the product you want. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund for the original item.
Refunds are issued for the item(s) purchased only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank’s processing times.
At this time, return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
