1. Do you offer rush services?
Yes! Rush orders are available. Rush fees are 50% of the total order cost plus any applicable shipping charges.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once a customization order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
3. What file formats do you accept?
We recommend vector files such as EPS or AI, but we also accept JPEG and PNG.
4. Will I see my logo before production?
Absolutely! A virtual proof will be sent within 1–2 business days of your order. Artwork can be updated before production begins but cannot be changed once production has started.
