1.) Do you offer rush services?

Yes, we offer rush services. The rush fees are 50% of the total order cost plush any rush shipping fees.

2.) Can my order be canceled?

Unfortunately, customization orders are non-refundable and are not able to be canceled after the order has been placed.

3.) What format should my logo/file be submitted in?

We would recommend submitting your artwork in vector art. For example, EPS, AI, JPEG, OR PNG.

4.) Can I see my logo prior to production?

ABSOLUTELY! Yes, you will see your virtual proof within 1-2 business days after your order has been placed with us. Your artwork can be changed prior to production; however, we are unable to cancel or modify your artwork after production.
